Before introducing this sultry, spicy black bean dip, I wanted to tell you about my week. I worked my regular job Monday through Thursday (1o hour days) but then on Wednesday and Thursday night, right after work, I went to J. Selby’s, who I do social media for, and met with the owner and chef as we introduced ourselves to potential employees and gave them a tour of the building mid-construction and talked about the vision for the plant-based eatery. It was a lot of fun, and I met a lot of awesome people, but I didn’t get home until it was basically bedtime each night, so I want to spend my evening tonight relaxing after a long day of errands, meetings, and more.
BUT before jumping in to our spicy black bean dip, I wanted to tell you guys that I think I will start doing Facebook Live Videos routinely! I did one today and showed off my cheap vegan grocery haul from Aldi, did a pantry tour, and answered questions, you can watch that below! It was SERIOUSLY so much fun, and it was so cool to connect with everyone and interact, and I think it’ll be something I continue to do. Let me know if you wanna see more Facebook live videos in the comments or on our Facebook page (link below!).

Spicy Black Bean Dip
This stuff is perfect as a dip or you could spread it in a quesadilla or even on toast or in a sandwich. It’s even somewhat healthy for you if you just omit the oil which was a last minute optional addition. Regardless, it’s delicious in any way – even off the spoon. Go ahead and lick it, I won’t tell.
